At Nuts For You, we take pride in offering fresh, high‑quality nuts, dried fruit, and snack products. Because our items are food products, certain return conditions apply to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

The product was expired or compromised on arrival

There was an error on our side with packing or fulfilment
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

In its original packaging

Reported within 48 hours of delivery
We cannot accept returns for opened, partially consumed, or tampered products.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after approval.
3. Non‑Returnable Items

4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
